Do you buy mixed or contaminated refrigerant?
Mixed and contaminated loads require assessment. Tell us what you know about the contents before shipping. We will confirm acceptance, the basis for pricing, and any handling or disposal charges.
Who can legally sell recovered refrigerant?
Recovered refrigerant can be transferred to a reclaimer for processing. Resale for use in another owner's equipment generally requires reclamation by an EPA-certified reclaimer first. Include the recovery source and technician details so we can document the transfer. We are an EPA-certified reclaimer; verify us on the EPA registry ↗.
How does shipping refrigerant to you work legally?
Shipping classification and packaging depend on the refrigerant and its condition. Contact us before dispatch, especially for mixed or unknown contents. We can arrange suitable recovery containers and shipping documents. Do not refill disposable cylinders. Confirm freight terms and pickup or drop-off arrangements with your quote.
When do I get paid?
30 days or less after your load is weighed on a certified scale and lab tested, subject to your accepted offer. The final price comes straight from measured weight and AHRI-700 analysis results — no estimates in the payment math.
What is a Recovery Manifest and why do I need it?
A chain-of-custody record issued with every load: date, refrigerant type, measured weight, source, and transferee. Keep your copy with your equipment and transfer records. Specific retention requirements depend on the activity and the rules that apply to your business.
